workflow installation error - object reference not set to instance to an instance of an object

Installed as below

--Win server 2008 R2
--Sql server 2012 X64
--Dynamics GP 2010 (MS-GP-2010 V-11.00.2320 HF released by March-2014)
--in gp created 2 sample companies (Fabrikam & another)
--enabled web services for 1 company, not configured web services management console
--installed sharepoint foundation 2010 & configured as new farm (not stand-alone)
--installed workflow, default website & default ports in domain
copied files and started windows installer and throws error - while installing workflow got error
"object reference not set to instance to an instance of an object"

Any solution please?
