workflow for calendar? 1

I would like to create a workflow for Sharepoint Services that will allow users to book a conference room. the current flow goes like this.

1. User call Ted to book conf. room
2. Ted being the gate keeper of the conf. room checks the availblity.
3. Ted calls the person requesting the conf. room to let them know the status for the booking.

Can some one help me create a workflow for this.

1. I would like all users to be able to initiate the workflow.
2. I would like it to send Ted and email when someone starts the workflow.
3. I would like it to email the user of the status.
4. I also need a means to cancel the booking just in case customer come in that day.

Try this link. That last link worked fine for me. If this one doesn't work either, just search google for SharePoint Designer - the first link should take you right to it.

Yes, this link now works. I installed it on my sharepoint services server and my share point when down. I am receiving the following error does any one know how I would repair this?

This is the error I get:
