Workers Comp Summary- eEnterprise

Shortly after our Recent Payroll\Tax Update, In eEnterprise module, Running a report on Workers Comp Summary show no Data anymore. The format is correct, and there are correct employees and workers Comp Codes.

Version info.
eEnterprise: 7.00g12
Dex : 7.10m015
System : XP
SQL 2000 : 8.00.760

Please let me know if you anyone has experienced anything similar.
