workcentre xe62 error E2

My copier keeps jamming on exit producing error E2. The paper looks to be coming out fine utill the last inch of the paper. The scanner starts to retract and the copier stops and declares the E2. I cant clear the jam either even when i remove the toner and drum, switch the m/c off for 2 mins then turn it back on. Any suggestions will be appreciated. ..

Nevermind guys, found the offending sensor actuator. The registration sensor actuator was sticking. . .
