Does anyone here have access to firmware for a Workcentre Pro 40? I just bought a used one and my system software is at 0.001.02.059. I need to get that to at least 0.001.02.089 so I can get the SMTP authentication improvements for sending email. Xerox has been very unhelpful since I have not signed a maintenance agreement yet. The firmware is not available on their site either. They are telling me the only way I can get the firmware upgrade is to buy a minimum 1 yr maintenance agreement. Seems kinda odd to me....Your help is most appreciated!
