Workbook Events and UNDO?

I just experienced this, but if you have an event coded does this automatically disable the abilty to use UNDO? Is their a way to avert this? I know if you use sheet-based events undo still works?

The event triggering won't disable the undo - but if the event does anything to the workbook, that action cannot be automatically undone (unless the programmer makes it so), so you get the "Can't undo" menu item.
