Work with two different domains

SO: Windows NT 4.0 SP6a
Lotus Version: 4.6.6c

I have a server with the domain @company.com.
In this server i have personal that works for company.com and people that work for outsourcings companies but has
personal email in @company.com
Ex: job1@company.com.

I need to separate all contractor's people in other email server and work with other mx domain, like @contractors1.com
Also i need to change Jimmy Perez/Lim/company for Job1/LIM/Contractors

My questions are:

1. How do i make it work if i want that both servers send emails outside for the same ip, remember they have different mx records.
2. How do i make to that the users for both servers look the address book.

Pls some help
