Interested if anyone has come across this issue.
We have a few agents, whose work timer is not following what is set in their COS for certain ACD paths. All agents share the same COS.
Some calls for these effected agents are working fine, but others are not i.e. One path is fine , and others are not.
The wrap up timer is turned off on the ACD paths/queues via YSE, so should only be following the COS of the MiVB, 8 SP3 PR1.
If I set their COS work timer to 0, this turns it off, but any other time set, will only give them 2mins.
Any ideas ?
