Hi,
I need a bit of help with cost and work orders. We use the work order module to track manufacturing and all labor has been entered through the work order routing module.
I'm trying to figure out why the work order cost roll up register is not adding up all of the subcomponent's labor. It is adding up all of the sub ponents material cost but is only adding the final 'assembly' labor to the standard cost. It is ignoring the sub components labor and posting a less than actual standard cost for that inventory item upon printing. The only way I have found to get an accurate cost for an item is to make a work order and explode all the substeps than using the work order inquiry to look at the scheduled standard cost.
Has anyone experienced any similar conditions?
