Work load order pulling

Do you want to "divide up" pick tickets, as in more than one physical piece of paper based on this information, or do you simply wish the existing pick ticket to be sorted differently?

Just divide up the physical tickets after they print, by customer number or order number whichever. Say we have 50 orders and 100,000 pounds shipping and two order pullers that day, have something that tells us how to seperate the printed tickets into two piles resulting in as close as possible equal total weight in each pile.. But we would separte below order number..
If you are using a crystal report as a pick ticket, this is very doable. Otherwise I do not know how to attack this one.
