Work Flow

A workflow with an attachment is initiated and the workflow is in the Assignment page.
User has gone into his assignment page to approve.
How do I prevent him from deleting the attachments.

I dod not want him to delete the attachments in the workflow.

Any help is appreciated.

on the map set the permissions on the attchments areasuch that the delete versions and Delete is not set.on any initaited ones login as the workflow manager and do the same.The workflow attchments are just like any other libary node,if somebody does not have permissions to do something they don't get to do it.uually by default when you create amap OT puts full permissions for public access on the workflow attchments but that has the draw backs like you point out so it pretty much can be controlled by regular permissions just like a regular library node
