First of all thanks for answering my last question. You guys and gals are just great! New question is how to calculate work days in a query. I know nothing about VB or modules only putting things in query criteria.
Right now I have this:
Rolling: Now()-#1/1/01#+1 This gives me the total days I just need the total m-f no holidays total.

ALso I need the total working days in the last 12 months for each employee, this will vary depending on their hire date. I guess I will cross that bridge when I figure out how to figure "WORK DAYS".
Thanks for any help you can give
K
