% Work Complete

I have a Task - Planning with subtask - Initial, Plan and Complete. The % Work Complete of Planning is already showing 100% even though Plan and Complete is still at 0% while Initial is 100%.

Sry I haven't used Porject for awhile.

Sounds is if your schedule looks like this:

Planning
Initial
Plan
Complete

And what you want is this:

Planning
Initial
Plan
Complete

Insert the column "Outline level" and see what the numbers are for each task. I'm guessing (from what you've given us) that the Outline Level number of Planning, Plan and Complete are the same and the Outline Level number for Initial is larger than the Outline Level number for Planning.

Please report back on what those numbers are.
