WordPerfect attachment doesn't open from within GroupWise

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When user tries to open a WordPerfect 9 attachment from within GroupWise, the WordPerfect program launches but a blank document is displayed. Right-clicking on the attachment and selecting open produces the same results. If the file attachment is saved and opened from within WordPerfect it displays correctly.

User is able to open other files types from within GroupWise without a similar problem, it is specific to his WordPerfect.

I have done a great deal of web browsing and research on the Novell site but I have not been able to find a solution to this problem.

Have you applied the SP4 for WP9 supplied by Coral?
