WordPerfect 8 Legal Edition Address book problem

Hey, I'm new to the forums, and this is my first post, so please be gentle.

I work at the help desk for a mid-sized law firm, and one of our staff is having a problem with the WP8 address book.

She's getting a number of different errors, but it is my belief that they are all coming from the same problem.

Example: CRLAB caused an IPF in module KERNEL32.dll .
or CRLAB caused an IPF in module IDAPI32.dll.
or WPWIN8 caused an IPF in module IDAPI32.dll.

Have uninstalled and reinstalled WP8 completely, and then uninstalled and reinstalled just the address book.

Any help would be appriciated.
