We are using Goldmine v6, installed on a terminal Server, as a published Application.

Problem that some of our users are having is that when the golmine wordlink is installed, they cannot save a document and when the click on the goldmine menu they get the following error message.

"the macro cannot be found because of the macro secuirty settings"


Any help most appreciated.

In word:
tools|macro|security
Set it to Medium or Low.

Honestly, I pick low every time.. If you haven't got anti-virus installed, you're nuts.. If you HAVE got anti-virus, word's elementary macro protection is unnecessary.. Any antivirus program should be able to stomp out any sort of word macro viruses on sight.

Thats the problem, i have set it to low, and this message seems to come up.

If the goldmine wordlink is installed then users cannot save any word docs, or even access the goldmine menu.
