I have created a usable template that follows professional formatting demands. My question (problem) is: when the dialogue style runs from the bottom of one page to the top of the next page we lose the character name. I don't want to format dialogue style break to "keep with next", how can I find the page that is running over and then insert Name (continued) at the top of the next
