Word9.adm Startup + GPO

Hi,
I'm trying to configure a citrix server to load a default template for word on every users startup.
Does anyone know what the following location is set to when setting the following location using a gpo and word.adm template:
C:\Documents and Settings\****\Application Data\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP
Would it be on the DC / a network share / or the citrix server?
