I am working on a Master Document using WINXP and WORD2000. Attempting to create a Table Of Contents. I choose Insert, Index and Tables, click on Table of Contents and choose the Default settings then click O.K. Word goes through Repaginate and then displays
{TOC\o"1-1"\h\z}. I can not seem to get it to show the Table of Contents. I have tried going through the text and making it using Ctr/Alt/X and that does not have any effect on it. PLEASE what am I doing wrong? Thanks very much, Ed Palin
