I have a user that is using word 2000 and when she tryed to open a document sent to her via email the text is pushed all together when she scrolls down. It looks better when you print it but it has what looks like Chinese writing in it. I emailed the document to another user and it opens, looks and prints fine.

Any help will be great.

You may want to check to make sure the user with the garbled text has the right fonts installed. It may be possible that the original font is missing and the substitute font is inadequate.

Gool luck. Mahalo,

Hi

I've seen squashed up text on systems where there just isn't enough memory.
I'd check specs on both machines to see if that could be the cause.
