Word2000 mail merge is creating one big document, I need to split it

I am using Word2000 and an ODBC datasource for a form letter type merge. The problem is that I want to save out 1 document for each returned row with a name which includes one of the database field values. I am using .Execute to do the mail merge.

1. How do I reference a field value from the data source?

2. How do I get it to let me save one record per row?
