WORD2000 Auto Update HeaderFooter Info

I have a simple piece of code in a Word 2k template document, that updates all bookmark refs in the document.

Dim bkref As Bookmark
For Each bkref In ActiveDocument.Bookmarks
ActiveDocument.Fields.Update
Exit For
Next bkref

This won't however update refs in the HeaderFooter!

Does anyone know of a way to do this?
