Having a problem when trying to use "Edit with Word" option under the File menu in IE.....Word opens OK but then "hangs" when attempting to Transfer the file....????

Anybody seen this.....????

Permissions to the location it's trying to transfer the file to? Or even permissions to the temp folder? Is it trying to load the file in Word locally?

Tried various utilities, turns out to have been a policy setting....I couldn't find the exact culprit though, ended up copying an existing policy that worked....!!!
