I am having a strange problem with a Word XP document, here are the details:
User A makes changes to a Word document and saves the changes to a file share on the server.
User B opens the file, off the file share, and does not see the changes that were made.
User A open the file back up, and the changes are there.
Both users have Full Control Permissions on the file share and on the file. ALso, Change Tracking is turned off on Word. Both users have Word XP installed and are running on a Windows 2000 platform.
Has anyone ever experienced this problem before, and if so, how do I solve this problem??? Thanks in advance.
Scott
