Can anyone help?
We have just got Word XP at work and I am trying to find out all of the weird little traps and problems that MS has built into this version.
One of the things I have noticed is that Word XP adds the formatting I have done to existing styles to the list on the lefthand side of the format bar. For example:
This is annoying and confuses other users.
How can I stop this happening?
I have already stopped my styles from being automatically changed every time I format part of the text with that style and now have this problem.
