Word XP closes when using Save As. No error message displayed.

This probelm is occuring on several Windows XP machines running Office XP. But it dosen't happen all the time just randomly. It might be caused by Outlook or Printer drivers, any ideas/help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestion but we don't use Norton. Any other ideas would be appreciated.
