Is it possible to expand cells in Microsoft Access to enable word wrapping so that all of the text is visible and the table can be printed so that ALL text can be read?

In the report, set the field's CAN GROW option to YES. This will alow the field to expand as necessary to display all.

Hope this helps.

It might just be an error in terminology - but you cannot do it if you are "Printing TABLES"

However, you can present the data from the table in a Report and print that without any problem.
Use the wizard to create a Report based on the desired table.
For long text fields make sure that the control on the report has it's CAN GROW parapeter set to YES.
Also make sure that there are no other controls with CAN GROW set to No that 'overlap' the contol you're working on in the vertical direction - else CanGrow will be stoped from working by the other control.
Eg Control txtCanExpand is set to
CAN GROW = Yes
Left = 1cm
Top 4cm
Width = 5cm
Height 0.5cm

If control txtFixed is set to
CAN GROW = No
Left = 10cm
Top = 3cm
Width = 5cm
Height = 2cm

Even though the two controls do not literally overlay the second one 'overlaps in the vertical direction' and the CAN GROW of the first will not work.

'ope-that-'elps.
