I have a machine on the network running NT 4.0 with Office 97. When trying to attach a Word document to a WinFaxPRO ver.10, I get a dreaded Blue Screen Of Death. Have reinstalled Word and WinFax PRO. NT is running Service Pack 6. WinFax PRO is linked to the Communication Server with a dedicated 56K modem. All other users have no problems. This machine can send out a fax normally but has the crashing problem when an attachment from Word is included. Suggestions/questions???
