My boss at work has found that sometimes when he sends an external email and types his name at the bottom of the message, by the time it arrives at it's destination his name has been cut off it. He's using Outlook 97 and our mail goes through Exchange 2000, then Mailsweeper 4.3.
Could any of these applications be mistaking his name for some kind of footer, so cutting it off ? Any other ideas ?
