Word trouble w/ keyboard

Hi-

I am using Word XP SP3 and having troubles with respect to what characters show up vs. what I type.

So, if I press "T" an "O" will show up and this happens for all keys. If I press "D" something else will show up, etc.
The keyboard works normally everywhere else except in Word.

Here's what I have done so far:
1) Detect and Repair
2) Reinstall MS OFFICE
3) Replaced Templates that I use w/ clean ones.

Go to Control Panel, Regional and Language Settings, Language tab, Details and check your Keyboard settings.
