Word track changes question

It helps if you mention version of Word.
If it's Word 2007, under Home tab click on the slanted arrow in the styles grop. Click on Options. In "Select styles to show" drop down, select All Styles. Modify Balloon style the way you want it.
Lastly, remember to change the "Select styles to show" back to "Recommended"
