Word to XML conversion

Take a look at MajiX, find it at . The only downfall is it cannot handle nested tables. Another approach is to write some code to convert the Word doc to HTML, clean it up and apply a XSLT stylesheet. The later gives you much more control, but for simple docs MajiX works just fine.
