Word Spell Check in Citrix

In Word 2000 anyone that is not in the admin group always has to go into Word and Check off "Check Spelling as you type", in the Tools/Options/Spelling and grammer. Users will go in and check it off, yet the change does not stay on.

Any ideas on how to make this checked on for all users?

you can do this by group policies in windows 2000 environment. you have to add the wordx.adm file to your administrative templates.
