I am working on a project where we are putting word documents on a web portal. The problem i am having is that the user's manifest is not always updated to the most current one even though they download it. It seems that the only way to ensure that they get the latest one is to have them delete their previous manifest then reload the word form from the site. Anyone have any suggestions on how to overcome this issue?
