Word - Shows only device fonts?

I have a computer that when switching to a new domain lost all of there fonts in word? (I have not made any changes to office but the user may have?) Fonts are fine in word pad or excel. We are running XP with office XP. I am thinking virus, but can not detect one.

Any ideas... I am stumped

Thanks Dreamboat. It was the printer. The vision teacher here install here brail printer and insistead that she didn't do anything. Changed the printer and we are set.
