Word Pro Envelope Illegal Operation

In Word Pro when I go to "Create" "Envelope" "Send to Address" it performs an illegal operation and I have to shut it down. It also does it when I choose "Return Address."

I can type in addresses and print just fine but it will not read from the "database." I'm assuming the "database" file has become corrupted. I tried reinstalling the program but it continues to do the same thing.

Does anybody know how to fix this or what file it's trying to access when it looks for the address data?
