word pro envelop send addr max

I need to address many envelops and automatically print one for each addr. I tried adding addresses via the "send address field" but found it has a max entries that I can NOT find where to change max. I did not find a way to set up a special organizer address book and then PRINT ONE ENVELOP FOR EACH ADDRESS IN BOOK either.

This is a job for the database program Lotus Approach. You manage your names and addresses there and then use a "mail merge" into Word Pro to print your envelopes. Or print the envelopes directly from Approach. It has a "Create Envelope" option that works great!
