Hello,

I wonder whether you can help me with a Microsoft Word query. Hopefully I will be able to explain clearly:-

1 - Have a microsoft word document that is 7 pages long
2 - Pages 1 to 5 are portrait
3 - selected a section break to ensure pages 6 and 7 are landscape
4 - Pages 6 and 7 are actually one table
5 - When printing, I have selected duplex printing
6 - Page 6 prints the table portrait while page 7 is landscape
7 - if I select that the printer does not do duplex, pages 6 and 7 both print correctly (lanscape)

Any ideas ?

regards,

It's a limitation of your printer rather than Word. Check Printer properties to see if your printer would allow this kind of printing.

Two suggestions:

1. Leave page six blank and start your table on page 7.

2. Print all you portrait pages first, then print your landscape page using other side of page six. You will need to print one page at a time for landscape pages.

I should live a long time - I eat a lot of preservatives.

I see that you want the table on pages 6 & 7 as they are facing pages.

Print pages 1-5 duplex

refeed page 5 with proper orientation to Print pages 6 & 7.
