Word Perfedct 10 Service Pack 4 Pasting an Image 1

Does anybody know why when I do a Print Scrn and paste it on Word Perfect 10 with Service Pack 4, a quarter size black square blockout appears on the lower left hand corner of the image as if it is a part of the image?

Try a paste and copy from wordpad to wp.

Copying and pasting from wordpad to WP works fine it's just when I do Alt+Print Scrn (i.e. a print screen of internet explorer) and pasting it on WP10, it gives me a quarter size black blockout on the lower right hand corner of the image. I have already uninstalled WP10 and installed it back and also updated the service pack. Even tried it on WP11 and it's also doing the same thing. I have tried everything and has come to a road block. I had even deleted the key in the registry for Corel application after uninstalling the program and installing it back still gives me the black blockout. On some of our machines with the same configurations does not behave this way when doing the Alt+Print Scrn and pasting it on WP10 and I have no idea why it works on other machines and some don't.

If you have a Pentium 4, it is probably a hyperthreading problem. Here's a thread explaining how to fix it.
