I want to send out a voting ballot to my Outlook 2000 distribution list, and I want to use Word 2000 to make the ballot. I want to make it very simple for the recipients to vote with ballot boxes, and send me back the ballot (kind of like a return envelope!). So, I made my ballot in Word, and then right in the Word document, I included the Email header specifying my name as the recipient of the ballot. Then I saved the ballot document, pulled up my Outlook 2000, and sent the ballot as an attachment to myself, and two test recipients. We received the attachment fine, could use it as designed, but I was the only one whose email program would mail it back. Is there anything that I can do to the ballot Word document to let the recipient's email program recognize it?
I know this is confusing ... any help would be appreciated. All the recipients have the same computers and programs. I don't want to use the voting buttons on Outlook 2000 because they are so wimpy that people ignore them. Thanks in advance!
