Hi Everyone:
My User wants to create several files in Word each file contains one topic. The topic will be typed first and then the text, charts, and graphics will be added. The User wants to then import each file into a DB. The DB will reside on the server and links will be created (based on the topics) that point to the table. Making the table accessable online and from other PC's.
Not a problem, however the User also wants to have this data available off line. Which I think can only be done if the page is saved as an HTML page. All offline viewing of the page will have to be done via Word.
Here's one of my problems can I create a Word file that is accessible to the Internet? Should everything be done in FrontPage?
If not Word than what other MS software would you suggest? I know Access/VBA very well. I don't know Word?VBA that well but I have dabbled in Excel/VBA. I've done a some development in FrontPage but I'm not an expert.
Any suggestions are more than welcome.
Thanx
Trudye
