Word menu bar

Hi there, I have a slight problem, I don't have the menu bar in Word, I mean, there's no normal menu (File, Options, Format, etc) neither the icons with Save, Open, Print, etc.

How can I recover it???

View -> Toolbars -> (Pick whatever toolbar you want)
