This has to be something simple. I have a word mail merge document that has an address block that flies the mail piece and another on the reply form on the bottom of the mailpiece. The issue is that when the top address block has an extra line of address it pushes the bottom address block down. Also, is there any way to make each address block build from the bottom up? Thanks.

Ok. I put the address blocks in text boxes which works fine. Now, the only question is how to bottom justify the data in the address blocks to build from the bottom up. Thanks.

Hi swi,

If you put the mergefields into table cells, you can make the top cell's layout top-aligned and the bottom cell's layout bottom-aligned, thus maintaining a consistent distance between the top & bottom lines of text.

Cheers
