I installed the Word Mail Merge macros from Winfax, so that I can now pull in a fax field from my data source and do a merge directly to Winfax. The document I am merging requires additional data entry on each page being merged (faxed). When I choose Winfax Merge, it sends the merged documents directly into Fax mode, either to hold in the Outbox until a time specified by me, or it faxes immediately. Is it possible to preview the documents being merged and faxed, and add text to them before they are sent?

Hi Databaseguy, unfortunately when I go to edit the macro, or try to view it in VB Explorer, it won't let me, saying that the project is locked. (I didn't lock it!) I simply went to Tools, Macro Installer in Winfax and clicked on the Word Macro, which loaded it into Word automagically. Do you think there is a way for me to unlock it? Then I could copy and paste it here. Thanks for your time.

Hey Database guy, would you also please look at an earlier posting called "Access Combo Field Won't Allow AutoEntry"? It's driving me crazy and the users are getting impatient. A combo field stopped allowing users to key a selection from the drop-down list and hit tab or enter. They have to scroll and select it. (This occurred when the database was converted to Access 2000.) I've tried everything I can think of.
