Word Integration

Hi guys,

I want my program to integrate into words menu bar. I am an intermediate programmer, and i know vb and vba somewhat. I have made an add-in with vb that loads on start-up, but I get an error- 'type mismatch' when i open word. I don't want the integration to load as a seperate form though- I just want the program to be always integrated into words main menu, where the user can go to my menu item, and choose from the submenus and wizards will be prompted when choosing those submenus. how can i make it so this new menu item is always in words menu when word is opened?
