Word - How to insert a duplicate info?

In Word, say you have a standard business letter with information such as Name, Company Name etc. and you also have a page in that file with a fax cover sheet on it. Can you enter the company name into the form letter and have it automatically fill out the corresponding information on the fax sheet?
 
Yes -Use the Mail Merge feature and enter the same field on both documents.
