I have a protected word form which has a series of topics each of which comprise a checkbox, date field, and fixed text. Users can set a check any checkbox and enter a date against any of the topics.
I would like to be able to set all check boxes and date fields which have been selected to a non-black colour so that they are easily shown when the document is viewed or printed.
Can anyone advise how this may be achieved whith out having to attach code to each checkbox and date field?
