I support an application called Twill that takes an ascii text file and merges it with a Microsoft Word Document to produce letters. There are two instalations one runs on word version 97 SR-1, this works ok; the other is version 97 SR-2 whivh gives the errors "Microsoft Word Err: 1535" and "Letter Truncated".
