Hello, In Outlook 2003 > Tools > Options > Mail Format the option to Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit email messages needs to be ticked every time Outlook is started. Is there a way to get this to 'hold; its setting every time Outlook starts? We tick it but it doesnt maintain the setting when we restart the PC.
