I have been developing word 200 document detailing insructions for the preparation of monthly report by clerical staff. I need to embed toolbar Icons in that document. I have been getting a screen copy & paste then croping to get the required Icon which is very time consuming. Is there a easy way of inserting toolbar Icon?

Any help will be very much appreciated

Check this product out, it's free to "home" users but not so for busines users. I haven't tried it mtself but according to reports you can select the area of the screen you wish to capture. It is also easy to use.
